Bella has been in private practice in Tennessee since 2006. Bella has had loyal patients for years.

Bella graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel with departmental honors in religion, with a senior thesis on existentialism. Bella was nominated for a Danforth Fellowship in Humanities. After graduating from The Ohio State University, Bella completed six years of residency training in internal medicine and pediatrics.
Bella is a Fellow in the American College of Physicians, receiving this honor from clinical work completed on Intensive Insulin Therapy, with publication in Insulin Journal. Bella has previously been a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. Bella is currently a member of American Academy of Addition Psychiatry, The American College of Physicians, and American Society of Addiction Medicine.

Heather is an accomplished, certified medical assistant. Her professional accomplishments include being a phlebotomist and a diabetes educator for intensive insulin therapy. Heather, the mother of four, has two children who attend local schools. For fun, Heather is an avid maker of crafts.

We understand that transition is a complex and personal journey, and we are here to support you. During the extended visit, we will address your questions and decisions beyond hormonal management.
The Extended Office Visit is entirely optional, giving you the power to choose the level of support you need for your essential hormone services.

We do not accept insurance. We accept money orders and credit cards. There is a $9 fee for use of a credit card. We do not accept cash.

Standard Visit
Where two active medical problems are addressed

Complicated Visit
where three or more medical problems are addressed, or where intensive teaching is required, such as semaglutide or intensive insulin.

Complicated Consultation
$500.00
For Intensive Insulin Therapy, well controlled, with Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, and Renal Insufficiency, four visits per year are expected at total annual price of $1200.
